Red Shot Medical exists to connect prayer and ministry with the practice of medicine by equipping healthcare workers to stand firmly in Christ, serve with excellence, and carry His light into places where it is desperately needed.
The Gospel changes everything, including the way we practice medicine. So, we are building a community where healthcare workers can pray for and encourage one another. It is also a place where they can be equipped to pray for patients and their families and, when welcomed, pray with them. Together, we remember that we were never meant to carry the weight of our profession alone.

Meet Our Founder
Red Shot Medical was founded by Bryn Kroto DMSc, PA-C in 2024. As a healthcare provider with over 25 years in emergency medicine, Bryn has extensive experience in emergency management, leadership, and humanitarian medicine/medical mission work.
Throughout her career, Bryn has witnessed the strength and profound burdens carried by healthcare professionals. Red Shot Medical was born from a desire to create a community where healthcare workers could be encouraged spiritually while continuing to pursue excellence professionally.
The world is a hurting place; people are hurting, sick, and injured and many suffer beyond what traditional healthcare can offer. As a healthcare provider, I hear the cry of people who are suffering and frustrated. Oftentimes, prayer knocked on the door of my heart but I dismissed it and only as a last, desperate act, would resort to prayer for patients.
But one day everything changed. One of my ICU patients miraculously healed from a severe brain injury. His wife had been praying at his bedside for several days. One early morning on rounds, she asked me to pray with her. He was healed 6 hours later.
This changed everything for me and I began praying more and more with or for anyone and everyone I met. Since that time, I have had the blessing of seeing the Lord work and I have learned that when we are called to pray, we should.
