Working in this field asks us to carry the weight of suffering, make difficult decisions, and care for others. It is an honorable, yet demanding calling. For many healthcare professionals, our faith becomes something that exists outside of work instead of the thing that sustains us through each patient encounter.
Red Shot Medical was created to change that.
At Red Shot, we know our identity is found first in Christ and that as healthcare professionals, medicine is our mission field. We serve a God whose authority is not limited by what medicine can measure or explain.
When our faith becomes our firm foundation, we are better equipped to care for our patients and serve others with humility.
What is Red Shot?
You may be wondering about the origins of the name Red Shot. This name didn’t come from some clever business plan. It was revealed through prayer.
As an emergency medicine PA, Bryn Kroto has spent her career stepping into moments of chaos where the next decision could change the course of someone’s life. In these situations, you learn to quiet the noise, identify what matters most, and act with intention.
The name came from an image the Lord gave to Bryn: an archer drawing a bow and releasing a single arrow with precision and purpose. One intentional shot toward the thing that matters most.
For Bryn, that Red Shot represents a life surrendered to Christ. It is a reminder to keep our eyes fixed on God’s mission, even when the world around us is filled with distraction, fear, and uncertainty.
Scripture reminds us that we are engaged in a battle that is not merely physical.

Bryn Kroto, DMSc, PA-C
Bryn Kroto, DMSc, PA-C is an emergency medicine PA, educator, speaker, researcher, and the founder of Red Shot Medical.
Prior to becoming a PA, Bryn worked as a firefighter-paramedic, an experience which shaped her ability to lead calmly in a crisis and make critical decisions under pressure. Now, her work spans emergency medicine and disaster management, medical missions, and advocacy for the PA profession on an international scale.
But behind her work and credentials, is a woman whose life has been radically transformed by Jesus Christ.
There was a season where success couldn’t silence the wounds she carried. Despite seemingly having every reason to feel fulfilled, Bryn found herself battling deep depression. Through prayer, scripture, and the healing work of Christ, she found true transformation.
From her own experience, Bryn knows that the Gospel is the foundation for how we should live, lead, and serve others. Her passion is inspiring confidence and clarity in those ready to bring healing and hope to others.
