Bryn is a licensed PA with extensive experience across emergency and clinical medicine, as well as leadership, education, emergency management, humanitarian and refugee medicine, and nontraditional healthcare work. Her own career has crossed clinical practice, research, teaching, international work, and consulting.
She understands that a healthcare career does not have to follow one straight line.

If your relationship with Christ is part of how you make career decisions, bring it into the conversation. We can talk about calling, discernment, obedience, identity, prayer, and how to listen for the Holy Spirit’s direction when the next step is not immediately clear.
Or, if you want your session focused strictly on professional strategy, that's okay too. You will still receive the same direct attention, careful thinking, and respect.
Prayer Is Freely Given.
If prayer is appropriate and you want it included, Bryn may pray with you during your session.
You are not paying for prayer. As a matter of fact, we encourage you to do this on your own, and with other trusted people in your life. Your fee pays for coaching time, preparation, professional experience, and guidance.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be moved to another available time or refunded. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments without notice, are nonrefundable.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment.
Exceptions may be considered for emergencies at Red Shot Medical’s discretion. If Bryn needs to cancel a session, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Coaching is educational and developmental in nature and is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, or crisis services.
